Meal A: Rustic Tomato Soup with Feta Cheese; Steak Sandwiches with Worcestershire Mayonnaise; and Limoncello Cheesecake Squares (using Mike’s homemade limoncello from our lemon trees!)
Meal B: Buttermilk-Brined Pork Chops; Mashed Potatoes; Sautéed Green Beans; and Peanut Butter-Banana Ice Cream
Meal C: Pasta with Chickpeas & Garlic Sauce; Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken; and Oregano Breadsticks
